The new council members of the IEEE Students Chapter of our college took charge in January 2002. Our Chapter was officially recognised by the IEEE in the beginning of this year. It wasn't too long before we decided to set up our own website.
The primary reason for creating this website is information sharing. After all, the web is an invaluable resource when it comes to comunicating ideas - and that is what we are going to do. This site will contain a detailed record of everything we do at our college - you will find abstracts, technical papers that are presented by our students, and also interviews with professors. We also plan to have certain special features on the site - which you will have to wait to see!
This site will be updated regularly. We will also be posting notices about the sessions we conduct at college. We will be organising a Technical Paper Meet later this year, and this site will have up-to-date information regarding that.
